The Easter Present

1     Hoppy the bunny was sad. She did not have anything to give her mom for Easter.
 
2     "I want to give my mom a present," she said. "I don't know what to give her."
 
3     Hoppy went to see her friend Slither the Snake. "I want to give my mom a present for Easter. I don't know what to give her."
 
4     "How about an egg?" asked Slither the Snake. "My mom loves eggs at Easter."
 
5     "She already has an egg," said Hoppy. "I will keep looking."
 
6     Hoppy went to see her friend Brown the Bear. "I don't know what to give my mom for Easter," she said.
 
7     "How about an apple?" asked Brown the Bear. "My mom loves to eat apples."
 
8     "She already has an apple," said Hoppy. "I will go see another friend."
 
9     Last, Hoppy went to see her friend Floppy the Fish. "I don't know what to give my mom for Easter, " she said.
