Wholly Mole!

1     Many cultures value chocolate as a sweet treat. It's featured in many favorite dessert recipes. The Swiss are world-renowned for their rich chocolate candy. Hershey, Pennsylvania, is known as "The Sweetest Place on Earth" for its candy heritage! There's no doubt that we love our chocolate.
 
2     One culture took chocolate to a new level. No longer a dessert item to be savored after a meal, this culture added spices to chocolate and then poured it over their chicken dinners! That culture came from Central America.
 
3     The Hispanic culture gave us mole sauce. No, not mole [MOHL] as in an underground rodent, but mole [MOH-lay], a dinner sauce featuring the mood-lifting ingredient known as chocolate!
