¹     People with Hispanic backgrounds believe in working hard to make sure that their families are well cared for. They also like to have fun when they are not working. Wherever you find Hispanics having a good time, you will likely find many other people gathered at the same place.
 
²     Family gatherings are a good place to enjoy time away from work. Hispanic people believe deeply in the importance of close families. They celebrate weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and even deaths. Wherever families gather, you are likely to hear mariachi music, singing, and see dancing. Hispanics sing when they are happy. They even sing when they are sad.
 
³     Modern day Hispanics enjoy shopping in the malls as well. Families can shop, see a movie, eat a meal, or just visit with neighbors in neighborhood shopping centers in middle sized and large cities.
