It's Time to Motivate!

1     If you want to spur someone to take action, encourage them to become aware of something important, or energize them toward a goal, you may want to give a motivational speech.
 
2     To motivate someone means to move them to action, giving them a reason for doing something about the issue. Topics for motivational speeches are endless. You may want to encourage people to manage money in a better way or to give to a special cause. You may want to spur them to exercise more or to eat healthy food, get along with others, or win the game. Coaches give motivational speeches all the time. They are constantly helping their players feel pumped up with desire to win the game.
 
3     There are a few keys to making a motivational speech work as it should.
